A few weeks ago we had a large amount of rain in a very little time. Our poor sump-pump could not keep up and we got water in the basement. At 10pm on a Saturday night I called Kevin to get some advice on what we should do. Kevin was so nice and offered to come out immediately. He helped move furniture and then lifted the carpet from the tack strips, cutting out thte saturated padding. He brought in huge blower fans to begin the drying process. Kevin left our home at 1:00am the next morning. Subsequently, he returned at least four times over the next week to adjust dryers, cut more padding and to just be that calming influence. After he arranged to have the carpet re-installed, he returned the following Saturday to clean the entire basement and couch as well. As I write this letter, I am sitting in my basement once again able to enoy our lovely family room all thanks to Kevin and Steam Brothers.

Kevin has always done a great job for us on his regular cleaning visits but one visit in particular he went above and beyond. I had spilled a bucket of navy blue paint on our tan carpet and immediately called Kevin about what to do. He was at our house within a matter of minutes and went to work getting out the stain. It took a little effort, but he did a phenomenal job and got the paint completely out. Thanks Kevin.
